 It is the Best of East meets West!  It is a simple yet powerful practice that integrates breath, movement, and meditation.  Easy Tai Chi was established by Dr. Keith Jeffery, a lifetime martial artist & founder of the Easy Tai Chi method and 4 Minute Fitness.  Our programs and techniques are easy to learn providing the experience, enjoyment, and the enormous benefits of Tai Chi without the complexity and frustration. 


The goal of Easy Tai Chi is to "keep it simple" taking ancient secrets taken from tai chi, yoga, qi gong, and meditation.  It is easy to learn, experience, and enjoy!
