I teach Easy Tai Chi. You may wonder, what is unique about Easy Tai Chi? Easy Tai Chi was established by Dr. Keith Jeffery, a lifetime martial artists & grand master of Easy Tai Chi. It provides a finite program that is easy to learn so that you can experience and enjoy the benefits of Tai Chi. Many people try Tai Chi but quit because it can be complex and frustrating. The foundation of Easy Tai Chi is to teach a simple yet powerful technique we call a LAYERED PRACTICE, that integrates breath, movement & meditation.

The Infinite 9
The Infinite 9 is taught in 6 sessions of 1 hour each. This beautiful graceful form is made up of 9 movevements, which is performed in 5 minutes begining to end. It will provide a lifetime of opportunity for increased strength, agility, flexibility, an increase in wellbeing and confidence.
Easy Tai Chi Core
Easy Tai Chi Core is taught in 6 sessions of 1 hour each. Often overlooked in Tai Chi, this program focuses on engaging & strengthening your core. A powerful combination of strength, flow and breath.
Tai Chi Stick
Tai Chi Stick is taught in 4 sessions of 1 hour each. This form is fun and concise. An almost playful flow where you discover your inner ninja.
An Experience in Tai Chi
A weekend immersion in breath, movement & meditation
Your weekend will begin with a Cacao Ceremony & guided meditation to set the tone & intention for your weekend. Peruvian hot chocoate is known to provide a heart opening feeling of mild bliss. Each morning will begin with movements of Presence, Love, Gratitude, Energy & Well Being. Your lessons of breath movement and awareness will be juxtaposed with ample opportunity for individual instruction. Ample leisure time is allocated to envision the integration of the graceful and powerful movements you will be learning into your daily routine. The experience will provide the foundation for an overall sense of wellbeing for a lifetime.
